• Official Name of Pre-Moot: 2nd Kümmerlein Pre Moot;

• Location: Essen (Germany) or online;
• Registration: to be send at moot-court@kuemmerlein.de until 5 Febraury 2023. The number of participating teams is limited. The registration is not a confirmation of participation. Final confirmations of participation and rejections will be send after 5 February 2023.
• Further information: the 2nd Kümmerlein Pre Moot is organised under strict application of the applicable rules for covid infection prevention. If a meeting in person is not possible, an online format will be provided.

In the following please find the programme for the 2nd Kümmerlein Pre Moot and additional information (subject to necessary adjustments):

• Starting 9:15: Registration of the Teams
• 10:00-10:30: Welcome remarks
• 10:30-13:00: First Pleading Round
• 13:00-14:00: Lunch Break
• 14:00-16:30: Second Pleading Round
• 16:30-17:15: Walk through the Gruga Carree
• From 17:15 onwards: Dinner Reception with Currywurst (Vegan Alternative provided)

Travel and accommodation costs as well as other expenses of participants will not be covered. Participation in person is only possible after sending a valid immunisation certificate (vaccinated or recovered). Additionally, all participants must provide an official negative covid test result not older than 24 hours at the time of registration. We reserve the right to make changes and adjustments at short notice.
